Jared - I recently attended an auction of their storage bins that were in default of payment. We had several units available to view during this auction, which took several hours. During this time I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness and the general upkeep of the entire facility. They have multiple security cameras in place for everyone's safety. Their climate controlled areas are very well lit on the interiors. I do get to see many storage units, and find that Eagle does rate in the top 10%...they come highly recommended.
